Privacy Policy
Oct 4, 2026 · @Reaz Mahmud
This Privacy Policy explains what personal and business information DGTAL GROW ("we", "us") collects when you use DGTAL Finance Management (the "Service"), why we collect it, who sees it, and the choices you have. Effective date: 4 October 2026.
The short version
- We collect your email and name, the business records you type in, and basic technical data needed to run the Service.
- We never ask for your bank login, card number, PIN or OTP, and the Service does not connect to your bank. Balances in the app are numbers you enter yourself.
- We use your data only to run, secure and improve the Service and to support you. We do not sell your data.
- If you use the AI assistant, the relevant parts of your records are sent to an AI provider to produce the answer.
- You can export your data, correct it, and ask us to delete it.
Who we are

AI assistant and your data
If your plan includes the AI assistant and you ask it a question:
- The question and the parts of your records needed to answer it are sent to an AI provider through our server. We use providers such as OpenRouter, Groq or Google Gemini, and we may change providers over time.
- The provider processes the text only to produce the reply. API keys stay on our server and are never shown in the app.
- The assistant only reads data. It cannot move money or change your records.
- The assistant works only on your own workspace. Other customers' data is never included.
- Please do not type passwords, card numbers or other secrets into it.
Who we share information with
We share information only where needed to run the Service:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and run the Service.
- Email delivery providers that send sign-in codes, notifications and support replies.
- AI providers described above, only when you use the assistant.
- Our billing website and payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, SSLCOMMERZ) for plan, payment and refund processing. We receive your plan and payment status, not your card details.
- People you invite into your workspace, according to the permissions you set.
- Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, security or users.
- A buyer or successor if the business is sold or reorganised, with the same protection for your data.
We require our providers to protect your information and to use it only for the services they perform for us.
How we protect your information
- Sign-in is by one-time email code, so there is no password for us to store or for others to steal.
- Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Access to each workspace is limited to its owner and the team members the owner invites. Owner-only areas (billing, Trash, Team Access) are restricted.
- Secret keys, such as AI and payment keys, are kept on the server and never exposed in the app.
- We use access controls, logging and regular backups to reduce the risk of loss or misuse.
How long we keep information
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Workspace records | While your account is active |
| Items you delete | Held in Trash until you restore or remove them, then removed from the live system |
| Sign-in codes | Short-lived, then discarded |
| Account after you delete your workspace or after an ended subscription | Removed within 30 days of your deletion request, except what we must keep by law |
| Backups | Overwritten on a rolling cycle, so deleted data may remain in backups for a limited time, then disappears |
| Security and error logs | Kept for a limited period needed for security and troubleshooting |
| Billing and tax records | Kept as long as the law requires |
| Support messages | Kept while needed to help you and to keep a record of the conversation |
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct information that is wrong (most records you can edit yourself in the app);
- Export your data (Settings has a data export);
- Delete your information or your workspace (the owner can delete the workspace in Settings, or write to us);
- Limit or object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where we rely on it;
- Turn off optional notifications in Settings.
Write to contact@dgtalgrow.com and we will answer within 30 days. We may need to confirm it is really you before we act. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to sign you in, keep your session, remember your interface preferences and keep the Service secure. We do not use advertising cookies or sell tracking data. Our billing website may use its own cookies for checkout, described there.
International transfers
Our providers may process data on servers in countries other than yours. When that happens, we take steps to make sure your information stays protected as this policy describes.
Children
The Service is for adults running a business or managing their own finances. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Information about other people
You may enter details about your clients, suppliers and team members. You are responsible for having the right to do so and for using that information lawfully. We process it only on your behalf to provide the Service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our Service or the law changes. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and for important changes we will tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the update.
